What could be better than a selection of quality independent craft beer? This tour takes place inside 3 different Cardiff brewery taprooms, and you’ll enjoy beers at each stop.
We gather within the walls of Cardiff’s iconic city centre castle** for a meet-up and an introduction, before heading for a welcome drink at the city’s newest brewer, a look behind the scenes at the brewery and give a detailed insight into how your beer is crafted. You will taste quality, independent Welsh craft beers at a selection of Cardiff’s specialist craft beer bars and tap-rooms including a local brewery. We sample different beer styles such as pale ales, IPAs and stouts. It’s all about quality Welsh produce on this tour with beer from local suppliers.
Your guide Darran is a qualified green badge tourist guide, he has brewery experience and will be on hand to talk you through the carefully selected beers and explain how their ingredients and methods combine to create the flavours that you’ll enjoy.
The final venue that we call at is also a popular choice to eat (menu attached) and we usually arrange an extended stay and pre-order food bookings for most parties***
